We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate, Accounting Services to manage a portfolio of clients independently. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality accounting and bookkeeping services while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.

Associate, Accounting Services

Job Description:

• Provide accounting and bookkeeping services, including handling of bank payments, preparation of sales invoices, data entry in accounting software, preparation of management accounts, financial statements and GST returns
• Manage a portfolio of clients independently
• Ensure that all reporting and compliance deadlines are met
• Collaboration with other functions within the company and across offices in other countries to ensure service delivery excellence

Requirements:

• Poly Diploma, Degree or professional accounting qualifications
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of SFRS and the ability to translate this to practice
• A meticulous and organised individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team
• Analytical and communicative
• Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office, familiarity with Xero and QuickBooks is an advantage
