About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with clients.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, and reports.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to sales.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
• Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Prior experience in sales support or customer service is an advantage, but training will be provided.
