Responsibilities

Key Deliverables:

  • Provide second-level application support and incident resolution
  • Analyze and troubleshoot database issues using SQL
  • Administer applications and automate tasks in UNIX/Linux
  • Configure and monitor AWS cloud services for application hosting

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development teams for issue resolution
  • Implement ITSM processes for incident and change management
  • Document support procedures and train Level 1 teams
  • Participate in on-call rotation and handle urgent requests
