We're Hiring | Project Coordinator – Audio Visual (AV)

Location: Taiwan
Experience: 1–5 Years

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of Audio Visual (AV) projects by coordinating project documentation, schedules, communication, and stakeholder activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project documentation and maintain project records.
• Support Project Managers in planning and tracking project activities.
• Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate internal resources and project timelines.
• Assist with project change requests and project closeout activities.
• Ensure smooth communication between project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management support.
• Experience in the Audio Visual (AV), IT, Construction, or Technology industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• PMI or CTS certification is an added advantage.
