We're Hiring | Lead Field Engineer – Audio Visual (AV)

Location: Taiwan
Experience: 5–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Lead Field Engineer to lead the installation, configuration, commissioning, and delivery of commercial Audio Visual (AV) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commissioning and testing of AV systems.
• Configure DSP, control systems, and network-based AV solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Managers, and field teams.
• Prepare commissioning reports and project documentation.
• Mentor Field Engineers and drive quality improvements.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in the AV industry.
• Minimum 3 years of AV commissioning experience.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, networking, DSP, and control systems.
• Ability to read AV system drawings and technical documentation.
• CTS certification is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).
