• Prepare purchase orders and check stock availability and lead times.
• Negotiate with suppliers.
• Manage warehouse inventory and reorder stock when levels are low.
• Track and update supplier purchase records.
• Maintain purchase reports, pending orders, and incoming stock lists.
• Keep vendor price lists up to date.
• Coordinate purchasing activities based on company requirements.
• Verify supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum GCE O level / Professional Certificate / Diploma in Procurement or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge on Navision system would be an added advantage
