• Provide sales and technical assistance to Customer, including product setup, operation, troubleshooting, and simulation drawing assistance.
• Build new clientele base while responsible for existing account.
• Perform product maintenance and continuously monitor product performance.
• Collect data related to product performance, defects, yield rates, and other technical concerns.
• Obtain customer feedback, including requirements, opinions, complaints, and other comments regarding product performance or operation.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related technical disciplines.
• Training will be provided for those without/with lesser experience.
