The Analyst translates complex operational and financial data into strategic insights, acting as a direct partner to senior leadership to drive global business decisions.

Position Purpose
The Analyst translates complex operational and financial data into strategic insights, acting as a direct partner to senior leadership to drive global business decisions.
Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)
- Data & Analytics: Spot trends across workforce, operations, and business performance. Turn complex data into actionable clarity for leadership.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build, maintain, and optimize performance dashboards and reports that actively drive business decisions.
- Executive Presentation: Create clear, narrative-driven PowerPoint presentations and storyboards for C-suite and executive reviews.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner directly with HR, Finance, Operations, and executive leadership to flag risks and uncover opportunities.
- Process Optimization: Use cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate workflows and support projects that shape how the company scales globally.
- Organized, disciplined, and attentive to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- 2-4 years in analytics, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or business operations
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (modeling/analysis) and Microsoft PowerPoint (executive-level storyboarding).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently present data stories directly to C-suite executives.
