- Production processes planning and improvement
- Design tooling and gauges to support production process
- Project management, including coordinating directly with customers and external contractors on technical and project requirements
- Process Documentation: Drafts detailed process sheets, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
- Participate in development projects with Engineering department
- Degree in Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience in process engineering within the composites or advanced materials industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks)
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
- Possess Class 3 driving licence is an added advantage
