• Identify client needs and propose tailored AV solutions, including pricing to close deals.
• Oversee project lifecycle: planning, execution, supervision, completion, and handover.
• Lead presales demos, follow up on leads, and build relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Design and review AV systems and schematic drawings.
• Represent the company in meetings, pitches, and conferences.
• Manage site issues and handle client complaints effectively.
• Prepare sales quotations and track purchase orders.
• Collaborate and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and distributors.
• Drive AV initiatives and support project procurement processes.
• Advise on system layout and design planning.
• Assist in sourcing AV hardware/software and ensure timely availability for projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical (hardware/software) issues.
• Provide on-site support and user training.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
