We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategies to enhance our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

- Prepare sales forecasts and reports to provide insight into sales performance and areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-10 years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in the SEA region.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
