Responsibilities

• Perform calibration activities both in-house and on-site, ensuring they meet quality standards and agreed turnaround times.
• Deliver technical support for equipment calibration and servicing at customer locations and within the service department.
• Strive for accurate calibration outcomes with minimal to zero return rates.
• Ensure calibration tasks are traceable and aligned with required documentation standards.
• Evaluate the feasibility and procedures for calibrating newly introduced equipment models.
• Support internal teams and service branches with technical guidance and troubleshooting.
• Optimize processes related to calibration efficiency, equipment use, and maintenance schedules.
• Facilitate internal training sessions related to service and calibration procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 quality management standards.
• Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned to support overall operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or Communications Engineering.
• Minimum at least 4 years of Wireless Industry Experience. Candidates with Radio Frequency experience also welcome.
• Open to travel to customer sites.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standard requirements
