Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope to prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs
• Source and negotiate competitive quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
• Assess tender submissions and support clarification processes
• Contribute to value engineering and cost planning activities
• Track project costs and provide regular cost reports to management
• Manage progress claims, variations, and final accounts with clients and subcontractors
• Prepare and verify subcontractor payments and variation order assessments
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and suppliers on commercial matters
• Ensure adherence to contract terms, project specifications, and regulatory standards
• Support procurement and material take-off, particularly for plumbing and sanitary works
• Assist in resolving contractual issues and project claims as needed.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Min 2 years in construction, M&E projects
