Teams collaborate across markets to deliver integrated campaigns that blend media relations, events, influencer partnerships, and social and commerce strategy. Role Description This is a full-time Public Relations Account Executive role based in Singapore with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Public Relations Account Executive will manage day-to-day client communication, support PR strategy execution, and coordinate media outreach and follow-ups. Responsibilities include drafting press releases, pitches, media kits, and social media copy, as well as monitoring coverage and preparing reports. The role involves organising and supporting events, product launches, and media or influencer activations, ensuring all logistics and timelines are met. The Public Relations Account Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in media relations, client servicing, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in PR writing, including press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, and social media content tailored for beauty, lifestyle, fitness, or F&B brands.
  • Experience supporting events, launches, and influencer campaigns, including coordination, on-site support, and post-event reporting.
  • Ability to conduct market and media research, track industry trends, and monitor coverage to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Comfort using digital tools for media monitoring, reporting, and social media management; familiarity with analytics is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in Communications or Marketing is required.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Prior agency or in-house PR experience, especially within beauty, lifestyle, fitness, or F&B sectors, is highly desirable.
