We are seeking a dedicated BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to enhance project efficiency and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and management of BIM processes across projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective use of BIM tools and standards.
• Create and maintain BIM models using Revit MEP, Bentley, and AutoCAD.
• Review and interpret architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on BIM best practices and software.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or a relevant field.
• BIM certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the construction industry, with a focus on BIM.
• Proficient in BIM software, including Revit MEP, Bentley, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
