Your Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across our Technology Lifecycle Management solutions.

This is a hybrid position based in Bandar Klang, offering flexibility while providing opportunities to engage with customers throughout Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Understand customers' business challenges and recommend suitable IT leasing and lifecycle solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution,Operations and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely follow-up on opportunities.
  • Work with partners and suppliers to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and business development initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (IT industry experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
  • Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for customer meetings.
