The Client Solutions Specialist/Assistant Manager is a results-driven role responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate partnerships and client account development across ISCA Academy’s Professional and Sector.
The role focuses on engaging corporate clients, understanding their training and workforce development needs, and delivering tailored learning solutions. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles while building long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth and enhance client value.
Job Description
- Drive sales of ISCA Academy’s training programmes by engaging both corporate clients and individual learners, converting enquiries and leads into confirmed enrolments and subscriptions.
- Promote and grow enterprise and individual subscriptions through proactive outreach, account management, relationship building, and follow-up activities.
- Respond promptly to enquiries from various channels (e.g. website leads, phone calls, emails, marketing campaigns, events, and referrals) to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, partnerships, referrals, networking, and participation in marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Understand the training, learning, and workforce development needs of organisations and individual learners, and recommend tailored learning solutions aligned with their business objectives, career aspirations, and professional development goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and learners to drive repeat business, account growth, customer retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Plan, execute and represent ISCA Academy at industry events, networking sessions, roadshows, corporate engagements, and promotional activities to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate sales, customer, and account records in CRM systems, and provide regular pipeline, sales performance, and business development updates to management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, including enrolment growth, revenue generation, account expansion, and subscription uptake.
- Support AI initiatives that drives sales engagements
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in any discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in corporate training, professional education, or service-based solutions sales will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to engage multiple stakeholders (e.g., HR, L&D, business leaders) and manage longer sales cycles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals.
- Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a target-driven, client-facing environment.
- Strong organisational and pipeline management skills, with experience using CRM systems to track leads and opportunities.
