We are looking for experienced IT Operations Engineers (6 headcount) to support the day-to-day operations of a business-critical internal application. You will be responsible for ensuring system availability, providing L2/L3 application support, managing production incidents, and working closely with development, infrastructure, security, and product teams to maintain a stable and reliable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application and production support for critical systems.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Manage incidents, problems, and changes to meet SLA requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Work closely with developers, infrastructure, security, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
- Support cloud operations, monitoring tools, and automation initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports and ensure high system availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3 -5 years of experience in IT Operations, Production Support, or Application Support.
- Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Zendesk, or ServiceDesk.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, Terraform, or Ansible is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment and support critical production systems.
Nice to Have
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.
- Sitecore XM Cloud or Sitecore Order Cloud certifications.
