Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Technical Lead to take ownership of regulatory technology initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of projects that meet both business and compliance expectations.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technical and regulatory projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget are met
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into effective solutions
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management across multiple initiatives
  • Drive system design, implementation, and enhancements aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit, compliance, and IT governance standards
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and SLA compliance, ensuring minimal disruptions
  • Provide technical leadership and problem-solving expertise in resolving complex issues
  • Collaborate closely with procurement and business teams, with exposure to P2P processes and controls

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Technical Lead (Regulatory) Should Have

  • Around 6-10 years of experience in technical project management or IT delivery roles
  • Solid understanding of IT application architecture, development, and solution design
  • Experience in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
  • Strong exposure to SDLC, audit, compliance, and governance standards
  • Familiarity with procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and procurement controls
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage risks, and deliver under pressure
  • PMP certification (optional) or knowledge of regulatory systems (e.g., CCRIS, CTR) is an added advantage
