Job Description
- Responsible to customer’s enquiries on company products and services in a timely and proficient manner via phone and email.
- Handling customer questions, feedback and complaints
- To perform payment collection and monitor customer payment term and credit limit.
- Maintain and improve existing sales
- Develop new customer
- Communicate clearly on customer’s requirement
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma in others or equivalent
- Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5-10 years (S)of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Will be more advantage if have experience in Plastic Company
- Required Skill(s) Positive working attitude
- Strong ability to multitask, high initiative and good communication on skills
- Able to do multi task
- Must have own transport
