1. Responsibilities

• To prepare and develop marketing plan for the designated products, agencies and Principals in line with the Company as well as the Principal’s objectives
• To constantly develop and recommend appropriate sales and advertising and promotional activities for the designated product lines, agencies or Principals
• To identify the appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product lines and draw up penetration strategies to gain their support
• To gather market intelligence and conduct regular market visits
• To track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in-market sales. Recommend corrective actions to address areas of concerns
• To constantly survey the market and analyze the competitor’s activities and new entrants
• To maintain good public relationship with Principals as well as ensuring excellent customer relationship and rapport in order to achieve and maintain a high level of the Company’s image

2. Qualification / Experience Requirement

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in consumer line.
• Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Good interpersonal skill, analytical and communication skills
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Point, etc
• Possess strong marketing knowledge and presentation skills
