Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.
• Understand customers’ operational requirements and recommend suitable material handling solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in B2B sales, industrial equipment, machinery, logistics, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
