Role Description The Site Engineer role at FM RESOURCES ENTERPRISE is a full-time, on-site position based in Melaka. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, monitor project progress, and ensure work is carried out according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with civil and structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers, conducting site inspections, and resolving technical issues that arise during construction. The role involves preparing site reports, documenting project milestones, and supporting project planning and scheduling. The Site Engineer will also assist in resource allocation, ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement of site processes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should be comfortable working in an on-site environment and managing day-to-day activities at construction locations.
