Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freight Forwarding Operation role based in Bandar Klang. The role involves coordinating and executing daily freight forwarding activities for export and import shipments across various modes of transport. Responsibilities include arranging freight transportation, preparing and checking shipping documentation, liaising with carriers, agents, and internal teams, and ensuring timely cargo movement. The role also requires handling customer inquiries, tracking shipments, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate records in relevant systems. The team member will support process improvement, compliance with company procedures and regulations, and contribute to reliable service delivery for customers.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Freight Forwarding and Forwarding, including coordination of shipment processes and documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Freight Transportation and Export operations for managing multi-modal shipments and export procedures.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues professionally.
• Relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations, preferably in an international freight forwarding environment.
• Good knowledge of transport modes, Incoterms, and basic customs and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.
• Proficiency in common office software and logistics/forwarding systems; willingness to learn new tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Bandar Klang, collaborate within a team, and adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.
