Responsibilities

TG Shared Services is part of TG Group of Companies, a Singapore-based enterprise in property development and construction. Over the years, TG Group has expanded into multiple business units, including property leasing, manufacturing, agriculture, commercial cleaning, student hostels, investments, and other innovative ventures. TG Shared Services plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting the Group’s diverse businesses.

  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Work Location: KL Eco City (5-min walk from Abdullah Hukum LRT/KTM)
  • Work Arrangement: On-site
  • Salary / Remuneration: RM3,500.00 – RM5,000.00, commensurate with experience
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday / 8.30am – 5.30pm


About the role

The Procurement Executive is a strategic role responsible for ensuring that TG Group businesses have the right materials at the best value, delivered on time. This role combines cross-border sourcing, import/export compliance, and vendor management to support operational efficiency. The position is critical in maintaining supplier relationships, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with Malaysia and Singapore regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source suppliers across Malaysia, Singapore, and internationally, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable delivery
  • Negotiate terms, price, and delivery conditions with vendors to optimize costs and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Manage purchase orders in Navision Microsoft Business Central and track procurement workflows in Kissflow and Wrike
  • Handle customs procedures, HS code classification, and freight coordination to ensure timely import/export compliance
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with Malaysian and Singapore regulations
  • Collaborate with Operations on technical specifications, Finance on cost tracking, and other stakeholders on project coordination
  • Oversee small-scale construction/reinstatement procurement projects and provide transparent progress updates
  • Analyze spend data, monitor vendor performance, and identify cost-reduction opportunities
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation for procurement activities
  • Implement and improve procurement SOPs to enhance efficiency


Requirements

Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience or equivalent, preferably with cross-border sourcing exposure
  • Experience managing vendors, purchase orders, and regulatory compliance in Malaysia/Singapore


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in Navision Microsoft Business Central, Kissflow, and Wrike
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle urgent requests, and manage multiple priorities


Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel occasionally to supplier sites or office locations
