Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Secretary role based in Petaling Jaya. The Secretary will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing documents, handling correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining records. The role involves scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing calendars for executives, arranging travel and appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. The Secretary will support company secretarial functions, assist with meeting minutes, and help prepare basic corporate documentation as needed.
