The Role
From pre-sales to post-implementation, you'll have a hand in every stage:

• Support pre-sales meetings and tendering activities with relevant business units
• Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture and document business needs
• Participate in SOP and EDI flow discussions and shape project implementation plans
• Assess technical systems and business models to support operational effectiveness
• Partner with system architects and developers to ensure requirements are accurately delivered
• Execute system integration testing and coordinate user acceptance testing with operations teams and customers
• Facilitate end-user training and provide ongoing system support as required

What We're Looking For
The right person will bring both technical know-how and a collaborative approach:

• A degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years' experience in business application development or technical/business analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills, with close attention to detail
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
