Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts according to clients' requirements.
• Prepare design proposals, mood boards, space planning, and presentation materials.
• Produce detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and reflected ceiling plans (RCP) using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models and renderings using 3D MAX and other visualization software.
• Conduct site measurements, site inspections, and coordinate with contractors during project execution.
• Prepare material and finish specifications, furniture selections, and project documentation.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project coordination.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed according to design intent, schedule, and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing quotations, material schedules, and project submissions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety requirements.
• Perform other design-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if applicable).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D Max.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Enscape, V-Ray, or Lumion is an advantage.
• Strong creativity with good space planning and technical drawing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
