We are seeking a competent and engaging trainer to deliver training programs on various ISO standards to clients across different industries. The role involves conducting awareness sessions, internal audit training, and implementation workshops, while ensuring participants understand and can apply ISO requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver training on ISO standards such as ISO 9001,ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 19650

Achieving this is often mandatory for CIDB Grade 7 contractors to bid on major projects and It ensures seamless collaboration between architects, engineers, and builders to prevent information errors.

· Customize training materials based on Manufacturing and Developer scope and industry

· Facilitate interactive sessions (case studies, activities, discussions)

· Evaluate participant understanding through exercises or assessments

· Provide practical examples aligned with real business operations

· Support clients in translating ISO requirements into actual practices

· Adapt delivery approach to suit different participant levels (operators, executives, management)

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Environmental, etc.)

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ISO consultancy, auditing, or training

· Accredited HRD Corp Trainer

· Strong working knowledge in multiple ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

· Experience in integrated management systems (IMS) is an advantage

· Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor (preferred)

· Ability to adapt training content across various industries (manufacturing, services, construction, etc.)

· Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage participants at different levels

· Ability to translate ISO requirements into practical applications
