Job & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and they address all guest queries politely and knowledgeably.
• Cleaning and maintaining rooms, dining areas, foyers and other resort premises.
• Making beds, including changing linens
• Restocking towels, toiletries, minibar items and coffee or tea carts
• Responding to guest requests for additional towels or pillows & drinking amenities.
• Emptying trash cans or wastebaskets
• Performing general cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, mopping and dusting.
• Maintaining cleanliness of resort facilities and premises

Requirements:

• Able to read and write
• Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience is an added advantage.
• Flexible working hours.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Physical mobility and stamina.
• Ability to follow instructions.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
