Working Days: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), Saturday (8:30 AM – 1:30 PM)

Job Description

RedRadar International is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager.

This role is responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic sales initiatives, and leading a high-performing sales team within the printing and packaging industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven sales management experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1) Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and business objectives.
2) Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the printing and packaging industry to expand market presence.
3) Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
4) Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet individual and group KPIs.
5) Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals.
6) Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies.
7) Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
8) Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly reports to support management decision‑making.
9) Ensure customer retention by delivering high service standards, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining brand trust.
10) Uphold the company’s visual identity and values while continuously exploring new ideas to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2) Proven experience in sales management, business development, or a similar leadership role.
3) Experience in the printing, packaging, manufacturing, or related industry is an added advantage.
4) Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
