Job Scope / Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of property development projects to ensure smooth delivery within timeline, cost, and quality standards.
- Assist in managing the overall project lifecycle from planning to completion
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project progress is on track
- Monitor site progress, work quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Support in project scheduling, tracking timelines, and updating progress reports
- Attend site meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Assist in submission of plans, permits, and liaise with relevant authorities
- Track project documentation including drawings, reports, approvals, and contracts
- Support cost monitoring, variation orders, and progress claims in coordination with Quantity Surveyors
- Identify potential issues or delays and escalate to Project Manager with proposed solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Job Requirements / Qualifications
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is eager to grow in project management.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in property development or construction (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered)
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, project coordination, and site supervision
- Familiarity with local authority submission procedures is an advantage
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good organisational and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project tools is a plus
- Willing to travel to site and attend meetings as required
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
