Key Responsibilities / Duties:
1. Payroll Processing:
- Process monthly payroll including salaries, allowances, incentives, overtime, shift allowances, claims, and statutory deductions.
- Verify attendance, leave records, and payroll data
- Process payroll changes for new hires, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, and resignations, including final payment calculations for resigned employees
2. Statutory & Compliance:
- Process statutory contributions and deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Ensure compliance with employment and tax regulations
3. Payroll Records & Reporting:
- Handle payroll-related inquiries, provide clarification to employees, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal departments.
- Prepare payroll reports and journals for Finance
- Support audit requirements
4. Employee Support:
- Handle payroll-related inquiries, provide clarification to employees, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal departments.
5. Others:
- Perform ad-hoc payroll-related duties as assigned.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee salary information and ensure secure handling of sensitive payroll data
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
