We are looking for a Business Executive to support our Group Managing Director (GMD) in executing business priorities, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently. This role offers excellent exposure to business strategy, operations, and decision-making. The ideal candidate has experience in business coordination or executive support, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and drive projects and task to completion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the GMD in day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate projects and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare reports, presentations, business analyses, and meeting materials.
• Conduct research and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
• Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related) or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in business coordination, executive support, project management, or similar roles.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity.
• Strong analytical mindset, communication, organization skills and quick thinking
• Versatile abilities and dedication to efficient productivity.
• Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
