Responsibilities
1. Prepare monthly payroll
2. Filling up and submission of forms
3. Preparing and summarizing petty cash and expenses claim
4. Prepare quotations, sales invoices and follow up on payments
5. Handling all accounts and book keeping matters
6. Preparing and updating EA statement for each employee
7. Assist in taxation, audit, company secretarial and etc
8. Prepare management report
9. Handle full set account
10. Ensure timely banking of collection, monitor and control all sales staff collections
11. Preferably has own transport.
