Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Culinary Excellence

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to Luxury Society Level standards
  • Follow standardized recipes with precision and consistency
  • Ensure elegant plating and refined presentation
  • Maintain premium quality in taste, texture, and appearance
  • Participate in menu development and seasonal updates

2. Operational Standards

  • Adhere strictly to HACCP and international food safety standards
  • Ensure proper portion control and minimal food wastage
  • Monitor freshness, storage, labelling, and FIFO practices
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and workstation organization
  • Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes

3. Guest Experience

  • Support personalized dining requests, including dietary restrictions
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism in members interactions
  • Assist in live cooking stations, buffets, and high-end banquets

4. Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with the Assistance Head Chef and culinary team
  • Maintain calm and professionalism during peak service hours
