Key Responsibilities

* Deliver AI and Avatar-related training programs to internal and external participants.

* Facilitate 2–3 day instructor-led training sessions, including practical hands-on activities.

* Explain AI concepts, system features, and digital workflows in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.

* Guide participants during practical exercises and provide technical assistance when required.

* Encourage participant engagement through discussions, demonstrations, and interactive learning.

* Answer participant questions confidently and professionally.

* Ensure training materials and delivery are aligned with company standards.

* Conduct system demonstrations and process walkthroughs.

* Support continuous improvement of training materials and learning content.

* Participate in Train-the-Trainer programmes, mock training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.

* Keep up to date with AI technologies, digital tools, and new product enhancements.

* Represent the company professionally during training sessions, workshops, and customer engagements.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in training, technical support, customer service, or a related role.

* Basic understanding of AI concepts and digital technologies.

* Comfortable using digital tools and learning new technologies.

* Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

* Confident speaking in front of groups and engaging participants.

* Able to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.

* Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
