The QA/QC Supervisor (MEP) will be

responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet the required quality standards

and comply with project specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure mechanical, electrical and plumbing works comply with quality standards,

drawings, and project specifications.

• Conduct inspections on materials, workmanship, and installation for all mechanical,

electrical and plumbing elements.

• Supervise site activities related to all mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements.
• Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material test records, system testing and commissioning records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all site activities.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions where necessary.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall project quality and workmanship standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

• This position requires working on-site at construction projects.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Occasional travel may be required
