Account Executive
Location: Putra Perdana, Puchong, Selangor
Job Responsibilities
- An Account Assistant will be assigned to support you with daily accounting tasks, allowing you to focus on higher-level accounting responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts independently
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Process and manage e-Invoices in compliance with LHDN requirements
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and statutory submissions
- Maintain employee payroll records, leave records and claims
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
- Maintain accurate accounting records using SQL Accounting Software
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Proficient in SQL Accounting Software
- Experience in handling payroll and statutory submissions
- Knowledge of Malaysia e-Invoicing is required
- Experience in handling full set of accounts
- Familiar with AP, AR, bank reconciliation and monthly management accounts
- Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with auditors and tax agents
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
