We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accounting documents and maintain proper filing.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.
- Perform general administrative and accounting support duties.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
