Job Description

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate internship and industrial training placements.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Support employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Maintain positive employee relations and workplace culture.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Prepare payroll information and ensure timely salary processing.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and claims.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, medical claims, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS,).
  • Process resignations, final salary, and clearance procedures.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
  • Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, warning, and resignation acceptance.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain HR database and personnel records.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate probation reviews and employee confirmations.
  • Assist in annual performance appraisal exercises.
  • Monitor employee performance and development plans.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Labour Laws, and company policies.
  • Assist in HR audits and documentation.
  • Keep updated with changes in employment legislation.

HR Reporting

  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment status, and leave reports.
  • Analyse HR data and provide recommendations to management.

Policy & Process Improvement

  • Review and update HR policies and employee handbook.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
  • Participate in HR projects and digital transformation initiatives.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
