• Visitor Management: Greet guests, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate staff member or office.
• Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to general emails.
• Front Desk Operations: Keep the reception area clean and organized, manage visitor logs, and maintain office security.
• Clerical Support: Sort and distribute mail, handle data entry, file documents, and assist with photocopying or faxing.
• Scheduling: Maintain appointment calendars, book meeting rooms, and occasionally arrange travel or accommodations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
