Hard Rock Cafe Melaka is now hiring for the position of Host / Hostess.

We are looking for candidates who are confident, well-groomed, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Candidates must be able to stand for long hours and provide excellent guest service with a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage guest seating, paging and waiting lists.
• Answer guest enquiries accurately and politely.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or general enquiries.
• Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Remain calm and professional during busy operating hours.
• Support the overall front-of-house operations when required.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Pleasant personality with attractive and well-groomed appearance.
• Punctual, responsible and committed to work.
• Able to work long hours standing.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in hospitality, F&B or customer service will be an added advantage.
