Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join our organization. The selected candidate will undergo structured training across various departments to develop leadership, operational, and business management skills. This role is designed to prepare future managers by providing hands-on experience in business operations, project management, customer service, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training programs and rotational assignments across different departments.
• Learn and understand company policies, procedures, products, and services.
• Assist managers in daily operational and administrative activities.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support project planning, execution, and reporting activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to business growth initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.
• Develop leadership and decision-making skills through practical assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
