Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and academically outstanding Private Teacher (Homeschool) to provide personalised one-to-one education for students in a structured homeschool environment. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) with excellent academic achievements and a genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging daily lessons tailored to the student's learning needs.
• Teach core academic subjects according to the student's syllabus and learning objectives.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.
• Monitor and evaluate the student's academic progress.
• Provide homework guidance and examination preparation.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit the student's learning style and pace.
• Foster discipline, confidence, and positive learning habits.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding the student's progress and development.
• Maintain proper records of attendance, lesson plans, and academic performance.
• SME for the developing of E Learning module as per school programme.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Achieved Straight A's in SPM.
• CGPA 3.70 and above (or equivalent outstanding academic performance).
• Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Passionate about teaching and working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, responsible, and committed to student development.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel to the student's residence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching practicum or tutoring experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Malaysian school curriculum (KSSR/KSSM) is preferred.
• Good computer literacy and ability to prepare digital teaching materials.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
