Job Scope:

• Delivery and Collection:
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, or goods between offices, clients, and other locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery according to the schedule.
• Handle goods or materials carefully to prevent damage.
• Driver:
• Safely transporting visitors to and from designated locations.
• Ensuring punctual pick-ups and drop-offs based on the visitors’ schedules.
• Familiarity with Routes:
• Planning and adjusting routes to avoid traffic or delays, ensuring timely arrivals
• Vehicle Maintenance:
• Maintain the company vehicle in good working condition.
• Ensure regular servicing, cleanliness, and proper care of the vehicle.
• Perform daily checks on the vehicle (oil, fuel, brakes, tires, etc.).
• Logistical Coordination:
• Plan the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage delivery schedules and prioritize urgent deliveries.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to confirm delivery and collection timings.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including date, time, recipient details, and any relevant signatures or documentation.
• Assist in the handling of dispatch documentation, such as delivery orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Adhoc task as and when required

Requirements:

• Education:
• SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) /Diploma/Cert
• Experience:
• Minimum 2-year experience as a driver or in a dispatch role.
• Familiarity with driving in Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding areas is often essential.
• License:
• A valid Malaysian driving license -Class D & B2.
• Skills:
• Good driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to plan routes and read maps or use GPS effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Personal Attributes:
• Punctual and responsible.
• Physically fit, as the job may require loading and unloading goods.
• Honest and trustworthy, especially when handling sensitive documents or valuable goods.
• Language:
• Excellent English and Tamil.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
