Yatfai Logistic Hiring! Full Time Customer Service - Order Processing (Logistic) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,300 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

1) Ensure incoming shipment correctly and timely key into WMS according to the KPI standard for all individual customers.

2) Perform order processing in WMS for multiple customer, monitor order cut off time and release picking slip to operations on time.

3) Update master maintenance in WMS.

4) Maintaining pallet records accurately.

5) Handle and resolve customer complaints.

6) Communicate with customers if there’s any order related issue

7) Prepare replenishment list accordingly and pass to operations for physical replenishment.

8) Ensure all documentations are being filed in a proper manner and do filling.

9) Assist inventory audit activities such as Cycle Count and Stock Count.

10) Assist on relevant preparation for Internal/ External Audit.

11) To perform additional duty and task as per assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Logistic/Warehousing field.
• Experience in using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and warehouse operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Location : Bukit Raja ALP Omega

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
