Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
2. Handle employee records, documentation and HR database.
3. Prepare HR letters, reports and employment-related documents.
4. Monitor employee attendance, leave and disciplinary matters.
5. Coordinate payroll and statutory submissions with Finance.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
7. Organise training, staff engagement and welfare activities.
8. Handle employee enquiries and maintain positive employee relations.
9. Support performance appraisal and probation confirmation process.
10. Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
