We are seeking a meticulous and well-organized Warehouse Administrator to assist in daily warehouse operations while ensuring effective coordination between the warehouse team, operations, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day warehouse activities
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all documents (Delivery Orders, invoices, stock reports)
- Liaise with warehouse personnel, transporters, and clients on operational matters
- Track stock movements and assist with periodic stock counts
- Perform data entry and ensure all system records are accurate and up to date
- Assist in both internal and external audit processes
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative roles
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
