Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
- Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers via email, phone, and in person
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
- Assist with daily administrative and secretarial duties
- Support internal team AD HOC tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Possess at Degree in Administrative/Business/Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Able to work independently
- Great time management skills
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in a related field (experience with Australian firms is an advantage)
- Accounting software experience: Xero, quickbooks is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
